UPDATE – due to the current unprecedented situation, with lower staffing levels and extremely high demand it is taking longer to process orders.  Please allow 7 -10 days for your delivery to arrive. We will, however, endeavour to get it too you sooner!

Once your order has been processed and packed your Kadai fire bowl and accessories are sent on an overnight courier service and delivered by our trusted partners direct to your door. Your Kadai fire bowl products will be shipped either in courier pack, box or on a pallet depending on size and weight.

If you require a book in service, please notify us at checkout. With some couriers this will add an extra delivery day.

Dear Hamish - Just to say we are very thrilled with our Kadai that we bought from you at Henley, and have used it during the winter as well as the warmer months.  New year’s eve saw over 6 barrows of logs burnt into the early hours.  Fabulous.  Please find attached a picture of warming it up in readiness for the new year’s eve party.  And using the pizza oven makes a great social event too!
